Our Carnevale ricotta is a low-fat whey cheese in everything from a 400g basket to a 10kg bag, plus a tre latti version made with cow, sheep and buffalo milk. Primo Sale fresco is a fresh sheep milk cheese, available whole or cut into vacuum-packed quarters.
